Products and pricing

We work hard to describe our products accurately, including ingredients and what to expect. Prices are shown in US dollars and confirmed at checkout before you pay. If we ever list something incorrectly, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

The waitlist isn't a purchase

Joining the launch waitlist is free. It is not an order, a reservation of stock, or a charge of any kind. It just means you hear first.

Orders and payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds. We may decline or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or product unavailability, with a full refund.

Shipping and returns

Our shipping and returns policy is part of these terms.

Fair use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping our content to resell, no interfering with checkout, no pretending to be us. Our brand assets, photography, and writing belong to The Coily Company; press may use the materials in our press kit with credit.
