Shipping & returns.

At launch we ship within the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.

Batch 001 ships on a date that is still to be announced. Once your order leaves us, you will receive tracking by email.

If your package arrives damaged, email hello@thecoilycompany.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.

All returns start with our return request form. Fill it out within 30 days of delivery. We will send you a return label, and the label cost comes out of your refund.

Unopened pouches are refunded (minus the return label cost) once we receive them back. If the mistake was ours, a damaged or wrong order, we cover the return shipping in full and make it right.

Opened pouches can't be restocked, so they aren't eligible for return, but if something isn't right, tell us anyway. We would rather make it right than lose you.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving your return.
