Privacy policy.

When you join the launch waitlist, we store your email address and your consent to be contacted about the launch. When you apply for wholesale, we store the business details you provide. When you buy from us, our payment processor Stripe collects your payment and shipping information to complete your order.

Your waitlist email is used only for launch updates. Your wholesale application is used only to review that application. Your order details are used only to get your order to you. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.

Your waitlist and wholesale details live in our secure database. Payment details are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

You can ask us to delete your waitlist signup or wholesale application at any time by emailing hello@thecoilycompany.com. Every launch email will include a way to unsubscribe.

We use minimal technical storage (like remembering what's in your bag) to make the site work. We don't run advertising trackers.

For anything privacy-related, reach us at hello@thecoilycompany.com.
